8 Tips to Become Successful at Work Place
Being successful at work place include a good
relationship with your seniors and co worker. below are 8 tips
that you should keep in mind when you deal with your co worker and bosses.
1. If you disagree with someone: it is because you know some information/views
that other does not or vice-verse. If
similar situation arrived, just try to bring focus of the information that one of
you missing and update others, this will omit the difference. While this will
not solve every difference, but it work in most of the times.
2.
Following
the common communication channel that others follow: If your co
worker and seniors like to communicate over email or phone or in-person meeting,
try to follow and reply them with same channel, else it would be very frustrating
both of you to communicate eachother. While we know it is little harder for you to change your
common/prefer method of communication. But remember that we need to speak same
language to other understand you better.
3.
Be stick to
your commitment: You should careful
about what you say and do, it will enact with your co-worker about
your working status and if you are unable to complete, please communicate and
let other know the exact status, so no confusion arose.
4.
Do not
complain anyone behind him/her back: when anyone make mistakes,
and if that person find that you are making complain to others without
discussing/telling him, it will make you distrust. Give him/her respect if
something bother you, say them.
5.
Stay Calm
in every situation: There is no alternative to avoid some level of frustration
at work as these are part/elements of the job. So you become angry or would
create drama at work, your co worker would be uncomfortable sharing their
problem/issue with you. You will be ignored by others; this will make your
relationship worse. Being a professional, you should be very cool/calm that is
a real payoff and make you favorites among others.

Remember
nothing is personal at work: if you worked with anyone who takes
decision personally, don't think like it. Taking seniors and co
worker decision lightly and sticking in limits help you and make easier for
others to work with.

Always open
for suggestion: Sometime it is tedious for you to face criticism, but you should avoid
defending yourself as it will help you to get the right feedback about your
work and personality. It might be possible that other person is missing something and
complaining in half way information. But it will help you to assume others too.
So Always open for suggestion/criticism as it will help you to grow in right
direction.

Always give
the benefit of doubts to your seniors : with every relationship there are chances when you read other persons perspective and
intention. Some time it might possible you that you miss something that other know
about you. So if your bosses/senior/co-worker complain about you or give others credit
more than you, should thing to correct your working style first and let them do
it. It makes your working personality better and come out as a winner.
